The youth association "Rečeno-učinjeno" - "Dictum Factum" Maglaj embarked on its journey in 2013 with a beautiful vision - to create a space for young creatives, students dreaming of developing their leadership skills, and shaping cultural events in the local community and region that alter social narratives towards creating a more inclusive society.

Our mission is like a vast canvas woven with encouragement for cultural diversity, education, and intergenerational collaboration to shape future leaders and encourage positive changes in the community.

We proudly highlight moments of success - over 20 projects brought to life, more than 10,000 visitors and participants who felt the power of our commitment to the youth. It's the recognition of a moment, initiating constructive dialogues on social norms, and fulfilling what we promised. In our development period, we have become a place where spoken ideas become living concepts for the benefit of all. We may not have an official office, but our workspace is, in fact, the entire community. Canvases we want to paint and illuminate with the most beautiful emotions.
