It started as an online platform, but Ex Files Maglaj quickly grew into a regional force. It became significant not only for material digitization but also for reviving forgotten corners, a unique exhibition program, and a platform for deep discussions about our relationship with the present and past, socialism and transition, war and peace, and the brain drain phenomenon. Through three exhibition cycles, it attracted over 3500 visitors, and over 3000 items were digitized. Our Facebook platform reached an incredible 2,000,000 clicks and visits in the first six months. Ex Files is the first project of its kind in the Western Balkans, and we are proud to have created a space where the past comes alive again.
